Industry leaders who serve as Scholarship Ambassadors may nominate all team members or colleagues who are ready for the next step in their careers.

Self-Application
Any property manager, building engineer, broker or trade worker in CRE/Multifamily may apply for a scholarship directly.

Applicants simply notify their supervisor, ensuring awareness without requiring approval.

Everyone has a fair shot—no gatekeeping, no favoritism.
