Contributions received at The Mazzon Foundation provide property managers, building engineers, brokers or trade workers fully funded scholarships to obtain professional licenses, designations, certifications and trade education.

At the end of the calendar year, the Mazzon Foundation votes to award fully funded scholarships to property managers, building engineers, brokers or trade workers.

Scholarship ambassador program begins.

Application registration opens.

december 4, 2026

Scholarships are awarded at The Mazzon Foundation Holiday Award Ceremony.

*Every contribution helps build the future of CRE and Multifamily professionals.

october 1, 2026 - november 1, 2026

Board reviews all scholarship applications and casts their vote.

Scholarships at The Mazzon Foundation are fully funded by Mazzon. The Mazzon Foundation does not accept donations from Mazzon service partners or any third party. Scholarship eligibility and awards are at the sole discretion of The Mazzon Foundation Board. All applicants must notify the Mazzon Foundation if their employer reimburses costs associated with career development.
